Happy Friday to All!

Nerdy happy dorky funtime can soon as we find our router. George especially will be happy to know that we have obtained The Orange Box. Let the game times begin.

Um, as soon as we find our router. Where the hell did that thing go? What box is it hiding in? I'm not convinced it's here. We'll be cleaning our old apartment in Delaware tomorrow, so let's hope we find it there. Or here.

So, NaBloPoMo is a challenge sometimes in that I feel like I'm running out of posts to make. It's harder than you think to blog every single day. I think I'll put this in the hands of the people. What would you like to know about me? Leave me a comment with a suggestion, or ask me a question, and I'll try to blog about it in the days ahead. Whatever you want to hear about, I'll do my best!

Until then, I'll be gaming away. And I'm allowed to--I worked out three times this week, and I've been sticking to my 3-days-a-week schedule for going to Curves. I have very small biceps, and I'm impressed with them. Popeye, eat your heart out. I didn't even need the spinach.

  1. Oh, yay! Audience participation!

Um... what's your favorite thing about slam poetry, and why?

What's the best memory from your childhood?

What moment in highschool changed who you were in a big or small way?

No need to answer any of them, just throwing out ideas.

Have fun with the orange box.

You must tell me what you think of this game in particular.

You have it for your xbox right? I play on my PC. I heard a long time ago about cross platform gaming on this one but who knows.

Here's an idea about a post. "Are you the only person in your circle of friends that is diabetic and if so, are you the one who educates your friends or do you not talk about it with them?"

  3. Hi!
I am new to your blog and new to the diabetic online community in general. Just linked to your blog on mine, as I am trying to meet diabetics and hear about other diabetic experiences.
Nice to meet you..and as far as ideas for blogging could always make up your own, unusual and therefore more creative and more funny, meme. Then you have a chance to think of fun questions you want other bloggers to answer, and tag them!
Or something. I don't know. I'm running low on coherent thoughts to blog too.

  4. yay! I like the idea of a meme--then i get something to blog about someday, too. tee hee

what's the worst thing about having diabetes? what's one of the unexpected gifts? how does your hubby handle your diabetes and what role do you want him to play?

  5. Hannah,

How did you meet your husband?

I just saw that you were a gamer, so what's your favorite game and system?

(I just got Guitar Hero for our Wii, and I'm obsessed...)

    :o) Allison
